While pick a video clip for editing (mp4 format) through galaxy enhance X app?

Bro your phone is not compatible with this app so that's why it is acting weirdly

Some audio/video codec or video/audio file extensions formats of your Mp4 video are not yet supported by this app. Read the app manual or contact the developer for more information on supported video codecs. This video can be played by other 3rd party video player or editor apps like MX Player, VLC..but not by this app which you are using now.

Try out with other valid video formats or other MP4 formats

Bro,you haven't gave it full files permission.In settings>Apps>Enhance x>check permission and click on allow all for files access
