Why Can't I open netflix app after I did a latest update to this phone.

Did update to this software yesterday night, and today when I tried to launch netflix it keeps getting error on screen. Even after uninstall and reinstall, error message is still same.
Why so?
It says Device failure occurred please try 500-172.

Please advise how can I get rid of this issue?

From the home screen or in the apps list, find the app. Tap and hold the app icon, then tap App info. Tap Force stop, then try again.
