My galaxy f62 recently got a white line on screen.When I contacted customer care they told me to visit service center.I went and they told me they can replace my screen only if I pay 7500 rupees because warranty is over.This line issue is happening all around the world and it's because of the poor hardware or software of samsung.So company itself damaged my phone and is asking me to pay money for it.
Also samsung is providing free replacement for S series only.What kind of attitude is this. Doesn't this company values other customers.
Samsung should provide free screen replacement for ruining my phone. I bought this phone because I of my trust in samsung. Now I'm gonna see if my decision was wrong or not

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace /repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
