Samsung Galaxy F23 is Not Egible Because It Was Launced With Android 12 And Was Egible For Two OS Update And Had Got Android 13(ONE UI 5.1)And Android 14(ONE UI 6.1).So Android 14(ONE UI 6.1)Was The Last Update for Galaxy F23 5g.Now It Will Only Get Quarterly Security Patch Updates.

As You’re Telling That You Have Bought it With Android 13 But Actually You Have Buyed It Late As It Was Launched With Android 12.So According To Samsung,The Device Was Egibke For Two OS Update And From Android 12,It Have Got Android 13 And Android 14 but if You have Buyed It Before You Will Get Android 13 Update Later On,Not At the Time Of Buying!.
Now, Galaxy F23 5g Will Get Android Update Till Android 14(ONE UI 6.1) But It Will Continue To Get Security Patch Updates.

Samsung ...promise to. Provide minimum 4 year of firmware update .. it means we get android 15 one ui 7 because samsung f23 when..launched it come with one ui 4.1 android 12... after 12 we get 13 ..14 ..we also get 15 and .. 16 ...this promise is for. devices launched in 2019 and later..
