In my area Infinix Hot 20 5G supports VoNR also Lava Blaze 5G but my Galaxy F23 5G doesn't support or there is not any option in my phone.

Is my Galaxy F23 5G support VoNR or not?

Yes , when 5g is not available . You will have emergency call only plus it will not show any network otherthen 5g🙄
