Samsung team please do something about our galaxy f62 gives a new updates we can't play games only 15 minutes playing games phone was so lagging as soon as possible please please creat a solution yr... phone was hanging too much and heating

SAMSUNG WILL NOT GIVE PRIORITY TO THIS
NO MATTER WHAT ISSUES F62 USERS ARE FACING !

They are only gives us software update and say sir please tc ur backup..and after some days same problems are continuing

Buying an F62 was the only decision i regret making in my life. This phone has been a piece of **bleep** since the day I bought it. The reason I'm still using it is because of my faith in Samsung. Hope someday Samsung will make us feel that we haven't wasted our money on a #superlaggy device.
