The reason I'm saying this is because on the 8th may, someone changed my gmail password without my knowledge

Thats critical issue please contact to google by that email you got at that time.
As notification that your password is changed.
That is may because you installed some wrong thing.

Please check history what you new or last installed and check every app.

Tribals in kerala are spying on Samsung galaxy mobile phones using screen reading Software. They are a threat to all mobile phone user's. Google has not been able to do anything about them yet.

To be honest if samsung is not secure then god save us.😂
Let me suggest one by one things.
And the image you shared is showing us that new security update is not updated on phone.
That is not big deal.

He is one of the cyber team member of India, ofcourse he gives good advice. Checkout podcast and video on youtube. To understand what is important to secure phone.

2) trust on samsung first upto when you not click on any link or not give Permission by yourself to take data form your phone nearly impossible to take data form Samsung.
(Example yesterday my brother forgot the Google id while samsung id and forgot the phone password and gmail id not connected to any phone number so he lost the gmail id and after reset the phone and still phone required password 😂 or login with same email id.
So now he needs to go to Samsung care for help. Because he not able to use phone)

3) go to settings > All permissions (Permission usage) and Permission manager and check every single permission who is taking.

4) remove every app you not use or do not know where it come form.
You download by your self or some other person download and install it.
Because app takes permission of data ofcourse facebook is ok to take data but not every app is well known.

5) do not download any app from Google or any website other then you know website is safe.

6) do not click on any unknown file on WhatsApp or any where.
Ofcourse pdf file some one send then you can check it.
But every extension is ok.

7) learn about different file extension normally used in phone like , jpg , pdf , mp4 , mp3 , doc , docx , app ... Etc. atleast you know the what kind of document or file it is.
Do you require to install of open ? This is you need to know.
Currently even in WhatsApp if you open pdf the notification appear that do you want to open it ?? It can be risky.
It is just appear to remind you.
