It's not a bug. Samsung ended support for Galaxy F12. This mean you could not receive any OS update or security update from Samsung. The security patch is too old because of which you can see in privacy dashboard that "keep your device secure". Sorry to say but you can't do anything for this. Samsung Galaxy F12's support has ended so it may security issues.
