Samsung worst network connectivity

I don't know why my mobile network is often switching from 5G to 4G. Even though I tested and raised a ticket against Jio, they said your area has nearby 5G connectivity and said you might have issue in your phone. 

My dad using Moto G34, he has getting 5G without any interruption and my mom using Infinix hot 30, she also getting the 5G data without any network switching.

But why Samsung getting this, i already asked about this in questions to Samsung, but they said your phone gets too hot, but I am using it in AC, even though mobile doesn't get heat on my hand, but network is switching to 4G.

Fix this issue first 😡😡😡.

Make sure you have disable adaptive power saving mode off.

Every thing is disabled, but still the network gets switching particularly when I downloading the things

But my problem solving when I turn on and then off the airplane mode.
Sometimes, while attending the call, no service is there. Totally the tower is gone and call is cancelled, then after 2-3 seconds, it showing the tower.

We didn't get any VONR update, Samsung cheated

Don't worry VoNR doesn't work in INDIA now so you haven't lost anything.
