Is it client side encrypted or just samsung storage encryption. Basically i want to know if password stored by samsung pass will be exposed during data breach?

Yep but none of the system are ever secure. Samsung has been a victim of data breach twice this year till September.

Even apple had data breach.i prefer to use save passwords manually in notes or pdf

I hardly save password. I store password only which are 30+ chacters randomly generted and its salt. I use keepassXC for this though i encrypt database with another encryption on the top.

That's the best way to go. Also, enable 2FA wherever it's available.
