Samsung galaxy f62 heats up when using camera.Does anyone face the same problem?

When using the back cam main sensor for less than 20 minutes, the whole phones top part(around back cam and front cam) heats up a bit which makes it difficult to hold near the ear for calls.

Is there a fix for this?

It can be fixed by software update

I did the latest update early this week, issue still exists.

Is it crashing the camera app or, any other thing when, it's getting heated ?

Didn't notice any crash as of now, i do couple of video chats and noticed camera heating. Video calls are not more than 15 mins.

Then, I think it's normal. Because in every phone, while in video chats, camera gets heated. But, it doesn't give any problems in long run.

I am using f62 I haven't faced any heating issue while using the camera. Most of my work is going on by video calls which last for hours. I haven't faced any issues in this case. If u are facing major heating issue then I advice u clear the data of video chat app and restart your device.

Do you use wifi ? Because, I have seen that mobile heats lesser when on wifi
