I bought Galaxy F62 1 year ago. Till 1 year it worked perfectly fine. But after one year there are recurring Charging issues. My phone comes with super fast charging feature but from past 1 month its not charging super fast. Its showing cable charging. It takes me approx. 4 hours to charge the phone. Also charger is getting disconnected automatically in betwen.
P.S.
I have only used Samsung original Charger. Never used any other charger.
Many of my friends are also facing same problem with samsung phones.
Suggestion. Please work on charging port. In most of the samsung phones after o e year charging issue is there. If we go at Samsung service center they charge approx. 2000 bucks for changing the port. Is it any sale strategy by samsung to fit duplicate part in original phone??
