Problem after updating to Android-12 with OneUI-4.1

Everything was good before Update

But, after updating Even weather App can't get Location

Here, the Location is turned on

Permission is given to access all the time

Use of precise Location is off

I use to write python programs

There also it raises an exception 

It was good before 

Pls fix this, I need this

I think you are using VPN that's why the problem arises
