My Samsung Galaxy F62 crashed when I was using it. It looks like the display is gone. Is it worth spending on buying a new one? Will I be able to retrieve the files from the downloads folder without spending on a new display?

If you are a Samsung smart switch user and enabled it on your device, then simply connect your laptop to your device, and you can create a backup not just for your data, but for complete setup ( msg, contact, all internal data, apps ) everything will be backed in just 5-10 minutes.

Note: Smart Connect needed to be installed on your laptop too.

Yes,,, you can use any laptop. Just needed Smart switch application installed in both your devices,,, and enabled or in active condition.

Yes, u can. Connect the phone with a laptop/ desktop. It will show an additional device through which u can copy the documents.
