Overheating in f55

I bought this mobile on oct 4 and using since two weeks When i connected to mobile network or wi-fi and streaming online content like Instagram, youtube,Facebook this device (samsung f55) producing heavy heat on display and back side. After some time network also disconnecting. Secoundthing is cameras in this device camera have too many problems like stukking, lagging, shaky outputs . Is these issues solves in upcoming updates or not? please anyone give me a suggestion what i can do now

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. I was also facing these issues in starting, but after the time passes one month it reacts normal and now there os no heating issue in F55..

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Galaxy device camera issue: Clear camera application data-
Kindly check the device once after clearing the data from the camera app.
Please follow the below steps:
Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.>>Tap on Apps>>Tap on Camera>>Tap on Storage>>Tap on Clear Data>>

Remove third party application
Kindly uninstall that application by following the below steps and check once as the issue might occur due to third-party applications.
Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings>>Tap on Apps>>Select the third-party application from Apps (Eg. DU Recorder) >>Tap on Uninstall>>

Update device software (If Software update available): https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open the Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select Error report > select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
