I've recently update my Samsung F23 5G to android 13 but after the updates it is not showing me any notification on notification panel . I tried speaking to samsung support they made me reset the settings but even that was no good to this problem as it is happening again and again. This is frustruating.

Thanks for checking but I have done every possible thing to fix and it is still nothing.. even called samsung support center.. they had me reset my settings..they said it'll work but it is not working... so I am waiting to get backup of all my data then I'll try to clear up the phone probably

I am facing the same problem...all settings are on...DND is off....however
...no notifications show on the notification panel or the pop up. It just vibrates. And once you open the app ...then you can see messages

So I have found out that this problem was due to usage of lockdown mode so now I have stopped using lockdown mode ... instead i am using the routine option to disable biometrics temporarily... please perform settings reset in the reset menu and never use the lockdown mode
