Not getting updates

I'm using Samsung F15 5g these model not getting any updates for last 2 months, last i received update 21st JUN 2024 today 27th AUG 2024 Still iam not getting any update what is the reason,

And these model comes with 90HZ refresh rate but it's working 30Hz refresh rate and so many lags and hungging the mobile and I'm facing so many issues in these model and 2 times I'm going to Samsung service center also so don't buy these model mobile and Samsung members team also not responding these issues worrest customer support

Kuch bhi bol dete hai aap log. I am now facing so many problems. My f15 device every time display eas freeze. So many lag. Its totally bakwas mobile. Hate samsung.

Then It Might Be A Software Error.You Can Reset Your Device With Backup And if It still Occurs Please Talk To Samsung Service Center.

Already 2 or 3 times iam going to service center and update the software also but there is no changes in mobile

How many Tim's what iam telling already 2 or 3 times iam reset my device how many times reset weekly once or monthly once, in other brands in 12k price mobiles running smoothly best performance
