Greetings of the day from Samsung India!
We at Samsung understand the severity of the issue and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and will surely assist you regarding the same. Would request you to kindly perform some basic steps which should resolve the issue.
Step 1: Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings >> Device care >>Storage >>CLEAN NOW
Step 2: Please check the device after the Reset app preferences:
Reset app preferences: Go to, Settings > Apps > Tap on More option > Tap on Reset App Preferences.
Step 3: Please check the software Update of the device: Settings >> Software update >> Download and install>>Check for software update >> If Software update available>>Download>>Downloading updates>>Install now.
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.
Step 4: Apps>Settings> General management>Reset all device settings ( Don't try a Factory reset, it will delete all of your phone data if you want to do the same then please make a backup of the device)
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application>Support>Type your query>Ask a question/Tap an error report>Send)
