Network problem in F23

Is it only me or everyone is having problem regarding network the internet is slow sometimes it take 10 to 20 minutes to open youtube and sometimes the VOLTE is gone for some seconds????currently I'm using jio

The problem is from Jio end, they are upgrading their network.

I am facing strange issue with Samsung F23 whenever I make or receive call in my phone, in between the call voice goes off in between, I used to think this is an network issue but same problem never occurred when I use same mobile no in Samsung M23 which is 4G phone, how to fix this issue and this is not operator network issue
