Once the phone goes into sleep or locked or closed from background apps don't receive data....
Tried with switching the data saver off and even battery saver is off...
Rebooted the device but problem persists
Any solution

This is rare. I usually download things from browser or say telegram before i go to sleep. I never saw such problems.
But i guess u have 1 setting turned on.
I have shown that setting in the picture. U can go there by long tapping any app then clicking on "i" at the right side. Then go to battery- Optimise Battery Usage-U will see a drop down menu above apps that will give 2 options: Apps not optimised and all. Click on all and unselect all apps u want to work in background. This should work for u.Screenshot_20210906-144317_Settings_85687.jpg
