Galaxy FSamsung seems to be Specialising in cheating customers.
Since the wifi was nearby the place of using the Mobile F23 did not realise the weak factor, when the mobile was away point of issue was observed felt cheated because motorola's Old version device e4 plus was detecting more than 10 wifi networks around the place.
Even while receiving calls on mobile with 4g 3 points (75%) Network available calls were received but the communication was not happening, calls end up as a missed call , whereas sometimes communication takes place but after 20 -25 seconds of receiving calls.
Screen Video is captured for both the issues , but Samsung's are extra smart executives bluff the customers with incredibly fabricated ridiculous reasons.
Chinese brands are better at least they don't cheat customers in this manner. So many reviews are posted about the device F23 across the community but the brand Samsung has cared the dam about the hard earned money received from the customers.
Samsung brands team should be hanged for bluffing customers,
before screwing off Mobile & home appliances completely from India....

Galaxy FI have been using Samsung phones for last 10 - 11 years. But i have never been so much pissed off before,as i am now,after buying this **bleep** galaxy f23 5g.
It has a very poor unimpressive tft display causing eye straining with it's harsh brightness and quality,the selfie camera is overprocesseing the pictures every time when auto HDR mode isn't enabled,Main 50 MP Camera and wide angle camera pictures lacks detailing and produces distorted poor quality images in many occasions,Samsung isn't gonna encourage the developers to develop a standard gcam version for this phone,which xiaomi or oneplus will do.Oh and cherry on the top,wifi connectivity is very **bleep**.
My J7 2016 was way better than f23 5g in many aspects. Specially for display.
Thanks for the wonderful bittery **bleep** experience and making me regret every second for spending 30k BDT on this stupid device. May be this is going to be the last phone i am using made by Samsung,Bangladesh.time to say goodbye. Regreting badly for investing my hard earned money on this dumb **bleep**.After 9 months of release,what initiative Samsung has taken to improve the situation?
