My phone is lagging to much and suddenly and unexpectedly

My phone lags too much quite often when I change apps or switch on data or run some music app in background or simply just use app, I looked and found my Ram usage is very high for a new phone 2 month old. Can you tell me what is the problem.

Just turn off the Extra Ram Feature.

Check if it is updated to latest sofware, try cleaning up storage, use appropriate settings, restart every once in a while, and as zaiddmn said turn off ram plus and see it that helps

Turning off extra ram feature helped now it's not lagging. I'll update if it lags in future
