Why this mic icon is appearing on the screen even when no app is running in background and how to solve this

Goto settings> Security and Privacy> Permissions Used in Last 24 hours> Microphone there you can see which app accessed your microphone.

May Be Any App Is Using MicroPhone🎙️ In Background.
You Can Check It Through The Following Steps:-
Open Setting→Security And Privacy→Microphone→Check Any App Is Using MicroPhone 🎙️ In Background
If Using Please Turn it Off.
