Lots of Issues in Samsung galaxy F23 5G

Last one month, I'm using this Samsung galaxy F23 5G mobile I found lots of issues in this
1. App crashing issue
2. Auto restart issue
3. Fast battery drain issue
4. Sometime fingerprint is not working properly.

I hope Samsung will resolve these issues in next update. 


If anybody in this community have solution for this .

My f23 (13 days old) 17-18 time auto restart,app crash,heating issue,app freeze......etc
1)Then i go to service center, they told me this was software problem
We update latest software and your all problem goes,
2)After 2days all problem started again.
I go to service center they told me this was software problem,
1st we update your phone software latest version,
Then We observed your phone 1week and this period problem appear we change mother board. It take few week.
After 5-6day they calld me your phone was ready we changed your phone mother board
Now my phone not is
1)not restarted
2)app not crashing
3)fast battery drain
4)fingerprint work fine
5)heating issue

I am facing the exact same issue.

The phone was giving a fantastic backup for first 5-6 days.

 

Then suddenly battery drain and overheating started. 

 

It is constantly heating to 50 degrees and battery wont last more than 4 hours of use. If anyone has a solution please suggest.

Yes facing the same issues 

1. Battery drainage - it does not even last 9 hours after full charge . Basically i am disappointed after buying Samsung F 23 5g and I bought it thinking Samsung is a comapny who stand by its words - even customer support try to cover up the issue . One should admit and try to solve 

2. Moreover Fingerprint lock is also a Problem .

 

If some support is there , I welcome it . I have samsung products only at my home

IT IS TAKING AROUND 1 MINUTE TO CALL , using make call with from Sim1 or Sim2.

It is the biggest problem.
I am facing.
