Hi friends the topic which I am here to understand with you all is regarding jio 5G services basically when you are using 5G for data it works very well no switch to 4G or anything but whenever we are making a call or receiving a call from anywhere it automatically switches to 4G network then after the phone connection is disconnected it automatically goes to 5G network what I am not able to understand here that at times when you are making a call jio to jio the call does not go through but I soon as you press the airplane mode on and off and then make a call the call immediately goes row what is this I spoke to one of the jio recharge he tell me that there is a code for activating stand alone NSA Sa NSA on the phone which enables only 5G to work for making a call as well as data the switch will not happen like for instance when we use to do only LTE only under connections as shown in the attachment here

So my friends please do take out time and tell me the process to solve this problem what we used to face in 4G now we are facing in 5G also thank you to all..

Now I have started using only 4g back where I was. Using 5g on jio is making me charge the phone twice a day, also sometimes I have noticed if a call is coming it get disconnected because there are times when 5g data is working it switches to 4g for any phone calls. Hence happy with 4g 2 days battery back up. With carrier aggregation speed of 4g is good enough for my work. No issues
