I am facing calling issue in my samsung galaxy f15 5g every time i call another person i am not able to hear that person voice not even little bit. totally [zero voice is heard ] even after calling 2 to 3 time but when i turn on off airplane mode it get normal for some time and then again same problem i am using vi sim working properly in other device plz samsung solve this issue with software update as soon as possible

You have to contact your sim operator customer care if you've network problem they will guide you

My network is proper it's working fine on other devices

I tested on vivo and oneplus network is fine workin also i am able to use mobile data properly

Bro i have found a temporary solution switch to standard mode rather than voice focus [voice focus feature is not stable now ] try to use standard mic mode after 1st update we can use that kepp that thing in mind use standard mode all the time otherwise you will face same problem

Check device network mode settings: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > Select network mode > We recommend to set device network mode as 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

Check network operator settings: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network
Note: We recommend setting device network operators automatically.

Check SIM cards: Kindly check the same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card in the same phone to verify the issue.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

I am having the same problem with Samsung Galaxy F15 5G. My mother is using the phone. In case of medical emergency, we cannot call and receive calls from hospitals in Venmony panchayat, Kerala. We bought this device from the Mavelikara experience store in Mavelikara town, Kerala state, India. Please replace with M14 or better variant immediately. I purchased the July release version a week ago. We cannot use this defective product.
