I am using F23 5g, and a lot of features are missing though the device is capable enough.

We can't find good lock in our galaxy store, recently I wanted to increase the lock screen timeout but it is not possible to change from settings. You need to download the good lock to change. And good lock is not available in f23, don't know why?

Samsung should not do such discrimination between users. I love Samsung for the way the company is. The budget smartphone also got one ui 5 update that shows Samsung cares about the users. I hope Samsung would remove the boundaries between their phones and make a universal ui system where every Samsung phone would get the same experience and features.

This is actually Samsung's way of drawing the lines between budget, mid - range, premium mid - range & premium flagship range of phones. Discrimination? Well, in that case, Samsung is also discriminating their own phones. Yes, they could give the same software experience to all user but I think Samsung is beginning to realize that people buy phones based on the features provided by the software in the phone and not just because of good hardware alone . So, they are starting to limit the software on their phones based on their price. A good example of which is the recently released OneUI 5.1 update. There are many features missing on the older flapships compared to the Galaxy S23 series. I hope Samsung is more generous in terms of software and give the same software experience to all their phones irrespective of their price.

F and M series are not A series expensive that's why they don't get all A series features the same way as A series don't get S series features like Dex, Expert Raw, Director's view and things like that
all features depends on price of phone
pay more to get more

But boundaries should be removed. That would make Samsung an unbeatable placement in the industry. Like apple do.

I tried but the lock star doesn't work and does nothing, I changed the timer to 1min but the screen still turns off at its default time.

I think you didn't get it.
I installed fine lock and downloaded the modules, all the modules work fine but the lock star which increase the lock screen time doesn't work.

Is there any other way to do it ?
