Is beta program of One UI8 available for F54 mobile?

Is beta program of One UI8 available for F54. Beta program is completed for premium or still available. Please give confirmation anybody using premium mobile users. Why means I saw the banner in samsung members app see below 👇👇👇👇 screenshot in yellow marked once. Is F54 eligible for beta or not. If not available then why this banner?

As far as i know only S25 series running beta software right now
