Incoming and Outgoing call Problem on Galaxy F62

I am facing a major issue with my Galaxy F62. Sometimes I am not getting incoming call and also not able to do outgoing calls to others.But at the same time I can use internet on my phone(not through wifi).When someone calls me they only hear that my phone is switched off but at that time my phone is switched on. This is an intermidiate issue. 
 I am using Jio Sim on my phone and I tried inserting my jio sim on other phone.But I didn't faced this issue on that device.
 If anyone also facing the same issue on Galaxy F62 then please confirm in the comments section.

Check your VoLTE connection, try resetting network setting.

Hey, yes I'm also facing this issue (observed at least 2 times till now).
Same carrier.

I'm still on April 2021 version. What about you?

Security Patch Level date is of 1May in my F62

That's weird.
Looks like Samsung has started it's planned obsolescence from server side.

Even f62 not visible in mobile exchange list of both Amazon and flipkart
This is very worst phone
