Click recycle bin
You can restore your deleted video and images within 30 days

Galaxy FCheck if it's uploaded in cloud storage like gallery,Google photos,drive etc.
Check trashbin of Google photos also.
If you had deleted from SD card then plug it to PC and use recuva software to search for file.
If your device Is rooted then disk digger would be helpfull.
If these doesn't work then. You can tell yourself, I did a mistake from now on I will backup everything.
