How to Delete others files in F23

When we check the device care to clear the storage other files category takes lot of storage, I tried many ways but not able to find the system unwanted files to delete

OS: Android 12 One Ui 4

I already attached the file above, I turned this ON but hidden files remains hidden

Then that files are System files that cannot be deleted.

It occupied more than 50GB as other files
