If I download and install hex installer apk from 3rd party source then will it be applicable? I mean free apk download from apkmirror website? Could I used it flawlessly? ( I don't want to buy this app from play store)

It won't work I guess..You'll have to find a mod version to make it work...

You have to buy it from play store. There's no other way to make it work. You can use google opinion rewards (as I did) to answer surveys and earn money but that could take months.
