Help: Used fine lock to use edge lighting feature, wont turn off

Im using a F23 5g and I made a mistake by using fine lock to unlock good lock modules only available to other phones. I used the edge lighting + module and now im not able to switch off this annoying notification flash. I tried disabling it, Uninstalling it, nothing is working. Any help? 

The red flash keeps coming whenever I use apps with persistent notifications like spotify.

Try factory resetting your device then

Just did it, after restoring my data it started happening again, I suspect it's some hidden setting

Turn it off, if it is on.

Go to "Edge lighting style" and set it to none.
