My phone's processor is heating too much even doing a phone call and i have already replaced my battery last week for 5000 and service centre has checked this device

What should I do?

Whenever you are doing an OS update, if you have an AC, do it while keeping your room cool. Also, factory reset your device. It will help you a lot. Take data backup before resetting.
