Heating while charging

My Samsung Galaxy  F62 after the update of February my device is heating quite a bit while charging the phone how to fix it

During update itself, mobile phone usually it will generate heating. Then u put ur phone in charge .so u r feel high heating issues. May be try some other time

No after I updated my mobile my phone is cool but when I put my phone on charging at 20% of battery life it started heating. it never happened before the update

DRAINS IT TILL 0% THEN CHARGE IT TILL 80-90 %
