I have F55 and after september I didn't get any Google Play System Update till now.
Can anyone help me how can I resolve this issue

It's a common issue. So please don't bothered about this issue. Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as a error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix it by Samsung team soon. This issue is due to Samsung's policy and consultations with Google. The blocked updates will be resumed soon at the appropriate time for each device.
