Galaxy F62 Overheating and Battery Issue

My Galaxy F62 heats up even in normal usage such as Instagram or Microsoft Teams that too in just few minutes. Also 7000 mAh battery doesn't seem to be of much use. It still drains quite fast and I have to disabled Always-On-Display to extend battery backup. Please provide a software update or if this issue is only with me, I need this issue fixed.
