Front camera issue with F54 5G

My front camera flickers everytime I use the camera app and automatically phone shuts down. I have visited service centre and they have tried formatting my device, but it didn't work. This problem is being faced by many F54 users after updates. Please fix this with proper software update.

Note: I have noticed this problem occurs when the device is connected to 5G network especially. With aeroplane mode or 4G network connected, this problem is less.

I also facing same problems I buyed the phone and using around 1month faxing the problem from first day of buying

I think the problem is due to the poor optimisation of the processor coupled with its poor RAM management..I bought the phone at the time of launching and from the very beginning, felt like wasting my money on this phone.

Same problem happening with my F54, I just purchased it before 2 months.
If this problem isn't solve by samsung I will never purchase samesung again😞😞😞
This is my 5th samsung phone upto now..
Ani in my family more than 15 Samsung phones

Really nothing gonna affect them unless we stop wasting money buying their products. Only then you can wish for some change from the brand in future.

I am also facing this issue even in  October 2024.  How to solve this ? Customer care can help or not ? Or we all can register a  complaint against samsung on costumer court.
