Explain yourself. Do you want password authentication to replace fingerprint authentication when powering off?

Please understand the my question and requirement.
I'm not asking for replace of fingerprint authentication. I'm asking is there a way to enable any authentication while power off the mobile.
There is the reason why you need this feature :
If you are phone got theft, than they power off the phone immediately. If you have this feature no one can power off your phone until they authenticate the mobile, mean while you can track using (sumsang device find care)

All Samsung devices have had this feature for years now. How is this possible your phone doesn't have it. I have never seen a Samsung device that does not ask for password when turning off directly from lock screen. Plus I have seen many Samsung devices stolen and never to be found. A normal guy will always return your device if they found it and if a thief stole it then There's no way you will ever get your device back.

Ohh I'm sorry did you change your original question? Or i just misread it😂**bleep**. Previously you asked why samsung doesn't have this feature but now it says how to enable it.
