Fast charging issues

I have galaxy f23 ... I am facing fast charging issues.

When I connect to cable then fast charging enable but after 5-10 mint my fast charging automatically vanished and charging time increased. And I have to again plugin cable.

I don't where is the problem.

Should I purchase new cable or is this a software issues???

Anyone know this issue....help me plz

Maybe you don't connect the cable properly or if you are using cover then Maybe it is interfering.

Go to battery settings - more battery settings - enable fast charging and superfast charging...put the cover off during charge as it may increase heat and plug the cable properly

I am also facing charging problem but I clear cache partition in recovery mode and super fast charging started working

I can say yess bcz I purchased it from Flipkart @1199 which is 25 w
