False statement of timely updates of OS and Securtuy Updates by Samusng

[Intentions]

Waiting for more than 3 months for update of one ui 7 (oh that would not be a big deal for samsung) I want the answer that where are those timely security patch updates ????

Worst decision of my life is going for samung because after 10 months I am facing many issues like (fingerprint data has been corrupted) in which fingerprint not able to unlock the device, face unlock also not able tk unlock device and it says fingerprint data has been corrupted, I dnt know why these things are happening and then the issue is the old outdated design (that's the matter of choice but I choose to go for samsung for these things that timely updates and a brand image but this was my biggest mistake I will not suggest anyone to choose samsung because there were no timely updates and this was a complete fapse statement from brand side, so raise my concern to the team otherwise consumer court is also a option for me)

Same problem with my fingerprint too. It is just opening by touching anything (even nose or any skin) 😂.... Probably got corrupted...!!
