Galaxy FFirst check in Safe Mode. If the issue persists then perform factory data reset and check. If the issue still persists after reset the device then I will suggest you visit service center. Before you check in safe mode check that fast charging option is enabled or not and I want to tell you that fast charging time for F62 is around 2hr.
