FREEZE AND RESTART ISSUE

I'm using Galaxy F41 mobile , Recently facing freeze and restarting issue again and again , i checked with Samsung authorized service center they told need to change of mother board.

This is Samsung Software Updation issue , How can we bear motherboard changing cost.

Same issue from last 1 month...service center is asking for 5700 rs to change motherboard...
