Simple when I press button update all or separately one application ,
Update are not ⬇️

Clear play store cache
Then restart the phone.
It might work.

Same happened with me
So you gotta first uninstall all previous updates and then clear data and caches, check whether play sotre is running on latest version then restart your device and then update the same.

CLEAR CACHE OF GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES

OPEN PLAY STORE
CLICK ON UPDATE
THEN PLAYSTORE WILL INSTALL
com.trichromelibrary...like app in background that will also visible in notification panel
After installation of this app
Chrome will start updating automatically !

UPDATING ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW IS UNNECESSARY THAT CREATES LOTS OF PROBLEM!
