Heating issue - This issue is in thr chipset and still not solving .
Fps drop can be due to less optimisations from user side also.
Updates come regularly already. They do not come randomly. And your phone will get update in every 3 months . You can't get more or less of this.
Note 10 is a flagship so no doubt it will be highly optimised even though both phones have same chipset.
And idk why ca is not given
