F62 fast charging is not working even the fast charging is on.The cable is in good condition.There is no breakage.

Optimize the device and restart it after 30 minutes without using. plaguing your device for charging, it will work as it can fast.

Please charge your's device in cool atmosphere also during charging turn off internet also reset all settings of your's device in general management settings then try to it's again. If not resolves then go to service center for resolves this issue. Ok but also there is an interruption in charging process even the charging is stopping suddenly after 10 minutes
