It's been 5 months from when I bought this .From that day to now I will not observe one issue in camera I.e.Face Detection, In My phone The face Detection is not working properly.It will not detect the faces .It will only capturing all what will the camera see but in those our faces are not detecting .And the portrait also not working properly..the camera is not best than Chinese phones...
I've updated October security patch. But I don't face any kind of such issue till now.. Infact I think cameras have improved.. If you guys are facing the problem.. contact to samsung

* Clear camera lens with a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.
* Reset camera settings Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Reset.
