F41 Motherboard problem

F41 is dumbest product i have ever seen and 2nd time samsung broke my trust.

Yesterday my sister's f41 stopped working we show it to samsung shop they said that we have to replace motherboard for Rs.7500, i mean are you serious!!!

I checked the reviews of this phone and found that almost 90% of owner of this phone has faced this issue and had to replace motherboard.

Is here any person here who faced same?

My Samsung F41 stopped working after 2 years of usage. I have gone to the Samsung service center yesterday and they told me that I need to replace the main board, which will cost around RS. 2800/- INR. However, I have still not received the phone and it is supposed to be delivered today.

In the service center, I have seen many people coming with different SAMSUNG mobiles and for all of the problems, they are saying to replace the motherboard (most of them cost around 7500/-).

Now it is obvious that no one will spend again 7500 on a mobile which originally cost around 15000/- a year ago because the valuation of the mobile is not more than 3 to 4 thousand.

This is a new scam from the Samsung service center for any problem they will ask to replace the motherboard and when you are reluctant to do that due to the high price then they will offer an exchange discount of Rs. 1000 discount on a purchase of any new device from there.

Samsung broke my trust I'm a big samsung lover but my f41 is restart more than 8 times in a .when I went service center they told me motherboard problem and motherboard cost is 7800 ... This is disgusting.... shame on you samsung
