@praksh83 try this if VONR is fully available in your city.
I am using 5g nr only for voice as well as data. All my calls are through 5g only. For which I am sharing a proof.
Just do this.
Download Google dialer
Open it and make it default.
Then open the dialer of google.
Enter
*#*#4636#*#* a pop up will come and changed to phone information enter that
Now u will see lots of things here. Just hit the band section select nr only that's it now close this page remove Google dialer and make your phone dialer as default that's it no 3rd party app to run in the background you are good to go to use nr only.
