F23 users.. Try steps to get JioTrue5G Welcome Offer...

Steps..

1. Find and Connect with your family or friends members. Who are already using JioTrue5G in her 5G smartphone.

2. Request him to insert your Jio sim into her JioTrue5G enabled phone in any slot for the 12-24 hrs (Mostly try in night between 6PM - 12PM).

3. After inserted Sim in other Jio5G working phone. Go to https://www.jio.com/5g and scroll down and find the "I am interested" banner. Tap on it and input your Jio number and generate otp and then input otp and tap on Verify..

4. After completion of 3rd steps. Wait for 12-24 hrs. Make sure Your sim should inserted minimum 12 hrs.. in night hrs.

Then after take back your sim and insert in your F23 phones and you will see between 12-24 hrs. A 5G unlimited data plan is attached. After that 2-4 hrs. Again you have to wait till JioTrue5G banner will be tagged in your MyJio application with your number. And after thay you also able to see 5G network in your device.

Who can't do this steps. Please wait till the Jio side have to update Jio5G phone compatibility database for Galaxy F23 on Jio platform. Then only can able to get JioTrue5G Welcome Offer.

**Note- Now JioTrue5G is absolutely working in Galaxy F23 device with the 01 December 2022 security patch version. So there is no any issue is from Samsung side. Just only have to update Jio5G phone compatibility database by Jio side.

i am also not getting in my apple iphone 13.

i am from hyderabad my daughter iphone 13 get jio 5g welcome offer

but i am not getting in apple iphone 13 software also latest updated v16.3

and i have one samsung galaxy f13 5g this phone not getting 5g welcome offer.

dont blame samsung this is only jio 5g back end system problem jio is not fully instaled 5g net work in city. call jio only.

Visit to this link- https://betaprofiles.dev/# and Install Ios beta profile and then update in yourr latest version you will definitely will get Jio5G support.. Ios already released Jio5G update in December 22 by beta version... If any issue is coming direct message me...

my daughter iphone 13 get jio 5g welcome offer and working.

only issue is my apple iphone 13 jio not working.

both are same latest update only issue is jio .

i am also went to jio store with iphone jio pepole teeling me jio side problem wait for mid february .

Can you check with sim swap in your iphone 13.. Take your daughter Jio sim which is working as Jio5G and insert in your device and check jio5g is working or not... If not then you have to to install Ios beta profile and then update it..
